AUTHORIZED META DATA CATEGORIES

How we use Meta data

When a client or authorized business grants EPOC Studios access to Meta assets, EPOC Studios uses Meta Marketing API data only for analytics, reporting, optimization support, and client service delivery. EPOC Studios does not sell Meta platform data and does not use it for unrelated consumer profiling.

  • Meta ad account, campaign, ad set, and ad identifiers used to map authorized accounts and report performance.
  • Campaign and creative information used for client reporting and optimization support.
  • Spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, conversion value, purchases, ROAS, currency, and related performance metrics used for authorized reporting.
  • Sync status, diagnostics, and operational logs needed to keep reporting reliable and secure.

Help with access or data

Requests are handled by email with authority verification.

To request access support, correction, disconnection, or deletion of Dashboard or Meta app data, email reports@epocstudios.online.

  1. Email reports@epocstudios.online with your name, organization or brand, and the relevant Meta ad account ID if known.
  2. Use the subject line Dashboard Data Deletion Request for deletion requests, or Platform Access / Disconnect Request for access and disconnection requests.
  3. EPOC Studios may verify your identity and authority over the relevant organization, brand, or connected platform account before changing access, disconnecting, or deleting data.
  4. If the data also exists inside Meta or another third-party platform, use that platform's own account, privacy, or business settings to manage the source copy.
